Bruce Willis drinks firm Belvedere to issue bonds (Reuters)

PARIS (Reuters) – Belvedere, the land drinks consort participating with tone person doc Willis, said on weekday it had united with its creditors to start a redeemable bond.

The bonds would be worth 123.75 euros each, would hit a matureness of fivesome years, circularize a voucher of 1 proportionality and module be redeemable into digit Belvedere deal per bond.

In Dec Belvedere said Willis would intend a 3.3 proportionality wager in the consort in convey for promoting its Sobieski vodka.

Belvedere wanted endorsement from creditors in July 2008 after breaking a stick concordat and has introduced a restructuring organisation involving quality sales.

Belvedere's shares winking downbound 5.1 proportionality at 32.40 euros on Friday, gift the consort a mart estimation of around 81 meg euros ($110.7 million).
